Origin
Domestic – U.S. Shipments
We can ship anywhere within the 50 U.S. states with UPS. Shipments are dispatched from our facility located in Florida within 5 to 7 business days after the release of the payment (for regular orders).
International Shipments
Perfumes Wholesale USA is not a shipping company or customs agent. Most international shipments are made through the customs agency of your choice, which will be responsible for the transport and entry of the goods in the country of destination.
We offer shipping service through UPS from our warehouses in Florida to a location within the U.S. of the customs agent you have hired. (The cost of this service is borne by the customer.)
We can also refer you to some carriers with whom we have worked in the past for certain countries. Contact your sales representative for additional information.
Responsibility
Perfumes Wholesale USA is only liable for your order and package until the point that it physically leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier. There will be no exceptions.
Once the carrier has possession of the package, ownership of the package is turned over to the buyer. Perfumes Wholesale USA will not be held responsible or liable for any packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen in the delivery process. Any claims or disputes must be made directly with the selected carrier.

We are not responsible for any items that may be stopped, lost, stolen, or any charges that may be associated with international transportation or nationalization. Be sure to contact your customs agency before placing your order with us and verify that you can receive the items.
